Electronic Accompaniment in Patrick Wolf’s Band
This year has been a busy one since joining Patrick Wolf for his live shows back in February 2007. Delivering atmospheric samples and edited field recordings, synthesizer and live laptop, John has made a great contribution to the sound that is Patrick Wolf. The band have travelled Europe the states and Japan with more touring dates in the near future. Immense fun with sell-out shows not to mention support for The Arcade Fire and Amy Winehouse!. The Jonathan Krisp live show is an energetic exploration of heavy sonic experimentation with a strong visual element. You can expect lush melodies and harmonics marred with pounding rhythms and quirky sampling. Dates TBA in early 2008.
